9 moronic first world problems

Sure, we will live in a country of prosperity, but are we letting the greed get to our heads? Are we ungrateful for what we got? I believe so… we are so ungrateful that we have first world problems, which are quite insignificant compared to issues like global warming, poverty, cancer, etc. We are reaching a new level of low, so selfish that we can’t see anything other then our convenience.

truth

To prove this I would like to share with you nine moronic first world problems:

#1. Uggggh! I just got the iPhone 5s and they just announced the release of the 6 next month! Now I have to go back to Verizon and wait in line again.

#2. My Wifi just went down for 1 hour…  #FirstWorldProblems #FWP

#3. I hate my job, but I make too much money to justify finding a new one.

#4. I changed my email password and now I have to re-enter it individually into my desktop mail app, iPad, and iPhone

#5. I’m hungry… but not for any of the food in my house.

#6. I have too much chips for my dip, but if I open more dip, I’ll have too much dip for my chips.

#7. My iPhone fell out of my pocket and cracked my iPad.

#8. My oldest son is watching the 50-inch TV; my youngest son is playing Xbox on the 45-inch TV; and my daughter is watching a blu-ray on the 40-inch TV; so I have to watch my TV show on the 10-inch iPad.

#9. My Mercedes has heated seats but doesn’t have a heated steering wheel and it was really really cold yesterday.

Honestly, how ridiculous can we get as a society? People don’t have the luxuries we do, yet we still don’t consider what we have as enough. We want more, but why? Materialistic things like cars, iPads, iPhones, etc., don’t give you internal satisfaction. Like they say you can’t buy happiness. We need to stop being self-centred and instead have gratitude for everything and everyone in our lives.

Many people wonder why they are not happy after having two degrees and a job that pays great money, I say it is because we aren’t satisfied with what we’ve got. We always find something to complain about, we are a society of pessimists. Time to be positive about life people! Wake up, you are living a beautiful life… time to cherish what you have, because who knows if you have a tomorrow.

Beauty and Fashion Editor! Thank you for reading and connecting with my blogs. I've been asked to say a little something about myself so here I go: I am a dreamer, I am a shameless idealist. I am a believer. I am a romantic. I am on a journey of my own, a little journey you may call life. To me life is pure adventure, which knowledge is the key to, and experience is the outcome of. Life is a beautiful journey of which I refuse to deprive myself the simple pleasure of enjoying. Life is a gift, I choose to cherish it.
