So You Think You Can’t Dance Calgary

You may or may not be right, but (cliche as it sounds -) you’ll never know if you don’t try.

(And just because you don’t look good in a dainty little tutu doesn’t mean you can’t become an incredible break dancer. Those are two totally different worlds.)

I’ve always admired b-boys/b-girls who can break into dance to any music on the spot – not to mention all the stunts! Personally, I’ve always had trouble remembering fast, intricate dance moves, but when you finally master them, it feels awesome.

This Youth Week, Ambition Performing Arts is hosting a hip hop workshop for you! It doesn’t matter whether you’re a pro or have never even dreamed of dancing before. Just be prepared to get down and have some fun in a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
