I recently watched “Man of Steel” and I wanna tell you if it is worth your money. Henry Cavill stars in this movie. It is probably his most well known movie as it has already made over 169 million dollars. “Man of Steel” is a fantasy, action, science fiction as well as an adventure film . It takes place on Earth as well as Superman’s home planet Krypton. The time is similar to the present day.
“Man of Steel” is filled with amazing video effects that truly make the movie what it is. Sadly, there was a downside to the aesthetic effects. This was because the camera angle in a few fight scenes were not the greatest. A few scenes that displayed this, were when they displayed one of the cities in Krypton and a few space shuttles flying around the area. Overall the video concept was very good with a few minor negatives.
I am not a huge fan of Superman, yet I still enjoyed this movie. If you have seen “Iron man 3” or “The Avengers” and you enjoyed them, this is a very similar movie except “Man of Steel” contained much more story line with many flashbacks sprinkled throughout the movie. I enjoyed the story mostly at the start because it showed what led up to Superman being sent to Earth.
I recommend “Man of Steel” to action movie lovers because it contains lots of fighting scenes. Be warned though, they may get a little stale by the end. Another reason why I recommend this movie is due to the fact that the special effects are top notch compared to most movies and the story-line kept me glued to my seat.
In my opinion, “Man of Steel” was worth my money .
