Memories of 2014 with The Youth Volunteer Corps

What better way to improve this new year than to offer your hours to community service. My year with the Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC) has been an incredible journey. Here is a short video I created to share my experience with YVC:

If you have ever doubted volunteering and putting yourself out there, my greatest piece of advice is to just do it. I frequently get asked how people overcome this fear, but when you immerse yourself into action, there is likely more that you will gain than you will lose. Make 2015 the year that you make your impact.

Check out youthcentral.com for more information on YVC Calgary and how you can contribute.

Technology Editor Hello World! It is quite difficult to summarize a human's character with only a few words. But here I go; I am a movie buff, a sushi fanatic, Korean, diligent, a student, an animal lover (especially dogs), a Taekwondo athlete, and amiable (within my own head) ...well I guess that was not too exhausting. I enjoy writing about everything. But more recently, I have discovered a passion to report on the best weekly finds in the realm of science. I sincerely hope many of you will stumble upon something to your pleasure, while reading my blogs.
