Spooky Halloween Howl Run and Walk 2013

Coming up this weekend will be the annual Halloween Howl Run and Walk event down by the Eau Claire Running Room.This will be a great event for all ages to dress up in some spooky Halloween wear and run for a good cause: diabetes research. This years event will be on Saturday October 26, 2013, with start times at 10 a.m. Race Kit Pickup dates will be on October 24 and 25. If you aren’t up for the run or walk, there are always volunteer opportunities to help out.

Last year, the Calgary and Edmonton events combined to raise over $147,565, and this year they are aiming for even more. All proceeds will be going towards the Alberta Diabetes Foundation so make sure you come down to Eau Claire this Saturday to support a good cause!
