Stampede 2012 Food Binge: Pulled Pork Poutine

What makes it worthwhile:  Everybody loves poutine and everybody loves pulled pork. Put the two together and you have double the love. It makes for an instant classic. The pulled pork poutine had much better alliteration than it had uniqueness. It was simply a poutine that tasted good.  The flavours were right and proper, and it was filling. You couldn’t expect too much more than that really. However, the cheese didn’t melt properly and had the pulled pork been kept in a nice barbeque sauce, I think it would have made a world of difference that differentiates it from other poutines. I feel like it had potential to be something even better. In the end, if you’re craving poutine, the pulled pork poutine is definitely worth the try, and it will satisfy. Yeah I just countered their alliteration with a rhyme. What can’t you do during Stampede100?
