This video really put into perspective just how unhealthy we are. Though it may not show in our physical appearance, processed snacks, microwave meals, and fast food are the cancers of the food world. Yes, so after a decade of sitting at home, it’s time to hit the gym, ladies and gentleman. – Not just for New Year’s Day’s resolution.
