What YAA loves about fall: The transformation of the leaves

This past weekend marked the official start to fall, which means fall fashion, pumpkin spiced everything, new TV seasons, and the beautiful colours of the changing leaves. One of the first memories I have of fall in Canada is walking along the Bow River with my family. Burgundy and golden leaves showered onĀ us, as we remarked the glories of one of the first signs that fall is coming. Ever since then, observing the changing leaves has been one of my favourite autumnal activities. I love to stroll along the river side, walking my dog and seeing him frolic in the leaves. Calgary has endured harsh winter conditions for a brief period in the beginning of September. But this has not deterred the leaves from transforming in the latter of this month.

You do not have to travel too far to revel in autumn’s bliss. These are some photos of my walk this afternoon:

Fall 2
A stunning view I stumbled upon whilst walking my dog. Learn to appreciate smelling the roses. Chances are, they are right in front of you.
Fall 3
The perfect setting to read your favourite novel.

Fall 4
A crown of golden leaves.

Fall 1
Leaves showered me and apparently, this pond.

Technology Editor Hello World! It is quite difficult to summarize a human's character with only a few words. But here I go; I am a movie buff, a sushi fanatic, Korean, diligent, a student, an animal lover (especially dogs), a Taekwondo athlete, and amiable (within my own head) ...well I guess that was not too exhausting. I enjoy writing about everything. But more recently, I have discovered a passion to report on the best weekly finds in the realm of science. I sincerely hope many of you will stumble upon something to your pleasure, while reading my blogs.
