“I believe good mental health is a key thing that allows people to be successful. Currently, there has been many discrepancies on how mental health should be handled. We have fairly good organizations and programs that can help people get through their adversities and help them manage their mental and emotional health, but there isn’t anything to really revolutionize that game field of mental health. Sure, many people can speak their mind but it’s quite difficult with the kind of society we are in today. For every supporter there is someone who judges. I want to see mental health be revolutionized where people are in a positive environment, and where they should not be afraid to speak their minds. So many people are silenced by their own thoughts in our society today. We live in an age with extremities on both confidence and insecurity. I envision a future where people are mentally healthy in a positive environment, where they aren’t afraid and silenced by their own thoughts.”#LetsTalk
